An HR recruiting video assists the recruiting company’s HR department to increase the number of qualified applicants and provides the job seeker with greater insight and information about the open position.<\/p>

But it also strengthens employer branding and thus the attractiveness of the company. There are many ways in which the storytelling of such videos can be constructed.<\/p>

In this case, the client’s objective was to appeal to the young target group. To increase the success of the campaign, testimonials from the core target group who had already completed training at Zeppelin\/Caterpillar were asked to talk about their positive experiences. The speaker’s tonality supports this impression in the recipient.<\/p>
