Do you deliver to Frankfurt?
Yes. Within 30 kilometres we deliver Monday to Friday from 9 am, travel time included straight to your location, with set-up on request. Returns run until 7 pm on weekdays. For Frankfurt, Offenbach, Hanau, Ruesselsheim and Mainz this is the standard case.

Rent the gear on its own or book us as operator, DIT or full crew. Call time seven in Mainz, lights sitting on the far side of Frankfurt: every crew knows that morning. Ours are fifteen minutes from your set. Pick-up in Wiesbaden from 7 am, delivery to Frankfurt from 9 am, return on weekdays until 7 pm, delivery to set within 30 kilometres, Monday to Friday. The delivery fee is stated in the quote.

How do I get the equipment in Frankfurt?
Two ways. Collection at our studio in Wiesbaden from 7 a.m., or delivery to the set within 30 kilometres of Frankfurt from 9 a.m. Return is possible on working days until 7 p.m.
How are rental days calculated?
The first rental day costs the full daily rate, every further day 70 percent of it. Weekly rates are listed separately with the packages. All prices exclude VAT.
Is a deposit required?
No, no separate deposit is required via our Gearbooker booking system. All equipment is fully insured. When booking, you accept Gearbooker's terms and conditions, which regulate the insurance cover.
What happens in the event of damage?
All devices are insured via Gearbooker. The insurance conditions apply in the event of damage. It is important that damage is reported immediately. There are no additional costs for normal wear and tear.
Can I rent equipment for several days?
Yes. There are attractive conditions for long-term rentals of three days or more. Weekend specials from Friday to Monday at a two-day price are also possible.
How does the return process work?
The equipment is returned to our studio in Wiesbaden at the agreed time. We check the condition of the equipment together with you. For long-term rentals, flexible return dates are possible by arrangement.

Do you also offer an introduction to the equipment?
Yes. On collection you receive a short introduction to the booked devices on request, around 15 to 30 minutes. For more detailed training we arrange separate appointments.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment is made online via our Gearbooker booking system, by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Invoices are possible by arrangement for larger projects.
Can I rent equipment spontaneously on the same day?
If the equipment is available and we are in the studio, same-day collection is possible at short notice. Call +49 611 90067226 to check availability. Online booking is still required.
Shooting in Frankfurt and need gear beyond the standard kit? RED Dragon-X, Zeiss CP.3, Astera Titan tubes, a complete live streaming setup or a virtual studio, all at fixed daily and weekly rates. We have been shooting in the Rhine-Main region since 2011 and know what a set actually needs. On request we come along as operator, DIT or full team.
