Company event: aftermovie of an office opening
Trade show presence at IMEX Frankfurt
Project film with on-site interviews
However carefully an event is planned, it develops a life of its own. The speaker overruns, the panel gets better than the programme, the award ceremony starts twenty minutes late. There is no second take.
That is why experience matters more than anything on site. Darkened halls and hard light contrasts need fast lenses and low-light cameras. Outdoor coverage needs a plan for rain. Following VIPs through a venue needs a gimbal, not a tripod.
We have worked this way since 2011 and bring the equipment from our own rental stock near Frankfurt. Thirty minutes to Messe Frankfurt.

The main film is rarely everything. All of these come out of the same shooting day.
Four steps, from the first call to delivery.
01
Briefing
Date, venue, running order. We agree which moments have to be on camera and where the cameras are allowed to stand.
02
Technical recce
For larger events we visit the venue in advance. Lighting, audio at the desk, power, routes for the gimbal.
03
Shooting day
Set-up before the first guests arrive. The team stays until the end, even when the programme overruns.
04
Edit and delivery
Review, rough cut, one round of revisions. Delivery via download link in every format agreed.
How quickly is the film ready?
Seven working days after the shoot is the standard. An aftermovie can be delivered within 72 hours if agreed in advance, because the edit then happens the night after the event.
How many crew members come?
One camera means one operator, two cameras mean two. From three cameras we add a vision mixer so the angles cut together properly.
Do you shoot outside the Rhine-Main region?
Yes. We have bases in Wiesbaden, Berlin and Dortmund and shoot across Germany. Travel within Rhine-Main is included; beyond that we quote travel and accommodation transparently.
How do you handle audio at talks?
We take a feed directly from the sound desk and back it up with our own microphones. Room sound alone is not good enough for talks.
Can you stream at the same time?
Yes. A live stream and an event film can run on the same day with the same crew. See conference live streaming.
Do we get the raw footage?
On request, for a surcharge covering archiving and handover. As standard we deliver the edited versions plus a selection of stills pulled from the footage.
Send us the date, the venue and the expected running time. We usually reply the same day with a firm quote.
