The range runs from a two-camera setup to a studio production. Cameras, crew and whether there is a return channel decide the price. All prices excluding VAT.

A hybrid event is not a filmed conference. People watching online have no coffee breaks, no room and no neighbours. That audience needs a dramaturgy of its own.
In practice that means shorter blocks, a host who also addresses the online audience, and a return channel where questions actually reach the stage. Without it most viewers drop off after twenty minutes.
Technically we broadcast via our own server rather than a public platform. It costs slightly more but keeps advertising, unrelated video suggestions and data protection questions out of your event.

Technical recce
We visit the venue: connectivity, power, lighting, audio at the desk and the routes for the cameras.

Running order
Together we set when something happens online and how questions from the stream reach the stage.

Broadcast day
Set-up before the first guests, rehearsal with the host, then transmission. The gallery sits in the room, not remotely.
04
Afterwards
Full recording, an edited version and, on request, clips for social media.
What happens if the network fails?
We run two paths, usually fixed line plus mobile bonding. If one drops, the other takes over without a visible break.
Can online viewers ask questions?
Yes. We set up a moderated return channel. An editor sorts the questions and passes them to the host.
Do we need our own platform?
No. We provide the streaming server, password protected on request and free of advertising. Embedding it in your website is possible.
Do we get a recording?
Yes. The full recording is included. An edited summary is available on request, see event video.
