The biggest cost driver is not flight time, it is airspace clearance. Frankfurt sits entirely inside the airport control zone. Every flight there needs individual clearance from German air traffic control, and that takes lead time. In Wiesbaden, Mainz and the Rheingau that requirement disappears completely.

On request, yes. By default we deliver reviewed and edited material in the agreed formats.
Yes, that is the normal case in film productions. The drone work is then costed as part of the shooting day.
