The price depends on how many camera angles you need and whether you shoot against a green screen.
A professional live broadcast starts at 5,000 EUR excluding VAT. That covers two camera operators with cameras, tripods, lenses and recording media, one operator on the vision mixer, and our own streaming server. Set up takes roughly one day. If you want a green screen and several angles, budget from 15,000 EUR.
| Package | Setup | Suited to | Price |

All prices exclude VAT. Travel within the Rhine-Main region is included.

Multi camera setup during a live broadcast.
Zoom and similar tools give you exactly one frontal angle at limited quality. For an internal meeting that is fine. When your board is speaking, your brand is on screen or clients are watching, it is not.
Three things make the difference: several camera angles, a live director who cuts at the right moment, and our own streaming server instead of a third party platform with its bandwidth and its adverts.
One honest question first, and we ask every client: does it really have to be live? A recording published a day later costs considerably less and is often the better choice.
Not a modular kit with surprises on the invoice, but a complete crew with its own equipment.

Four steps from the first call to the broadcast.
Date, venue, expected audience and the platform you want. Usually settled in ten minutes.
We test the connection on site. Your internet uplink decides what is possible, not the camera.
About a day ahead. Cameras, sound, lighting, mixing desk and server are rigged and tested end to end.
We go live and record in parallel, so you have editable footage afterwards.
What event organisers ask us most often before booking.
Whichever you need: YouTube, Vimeo, LinkedIn, your own website or a password protected area. We bring our own streaming server, so we are not tied to one provider.
That is why we test the line beforehand. For critical events we run a second connection over mobile as a fallback, and the local recording keeps running regardless.
Yes. We record in parallel at broadcast quality, so you can cut individual talks or a highlights edit from it.
Yes: name captions, logos, the agenda and pre-recorded clips. That needs an assistant on graphics, included in the advanced package.
Yes, that is the normal case. The critical part is audio: the room and the online viewers need different mixes.
We will ask you that. A high quality recording published a day later costs far less and can be edited. Live pays off when there is genuine interaction.
Send us the date, the venue and your expected online audience. Usually the same day you will know whether we are available, and you get a fixed quote.
