What infotainment costs

The price depends on length, the amount of animation and the number of modules. All prices excluding VAT.

Format Scope Price excl. VAT
Single module 3 to 5 minutes, voice-over, simple animation, one revision from 3,500 €
Training series four to six modules of 3 minutes, shared design, one shooting day from 9,500 €
Elaborate series modules with live action, character animation and subtitles in two languages from 18,000 €
A training series costs considerably less per module than a single video, because design, voice and music are developed only once. If several topics are planned, commission them together.

Why dry content fails

Nobody clicks through a compliance course voluntarily. That is exactly why the presentation decides whether anything sticks or whether attendance is merely documented.

Infotainment does not mean dumbing content down. It means telling it so that someone without prior knowledge can follow: an example instead of a definition, a surprising visual instead of a bullet list.

For compliance, workplace safety and product training we work in modules. Each topic is its own short video. When a regulation changes, one module is reproduced, not the whole series.

Where the format fits

Anywhere people have to learn something they did not choose themselves.

How an infotainment video is made

Four steps, from source material to a finished series.

01

Material review

We read the existing documentation and work out with your specialists what really has to be taught and what can be left out.

02

Script per module

Every module gets its own thread. Design begins only once the text is settled.

03

Production

Animation, live action or both. The same voice runs through every module, which builds recognition.

04

Delivery

Finished files for your learning management system, with subtitles and chapter markers on request.

Frequently asked questions

Can we update content later?

Yes. Because we work in modules, a changed regulation means reproducing only the affected module. We archive project files for two years.

Will it run in our learning management system?

Yes. We deliver standard video formats with subtitle files. For SCORM packages we work with your system provider.

How long should a module be?

Three to five minutes. Anything longer is rarely watched in one sitting. More modules beat longer ones.

Do we need our own presenters?

Not necessarily. We work with professional voice talent, optionally the same voice across all your films. Your own staff can appear when closeness matters more than polish.

Planning an infotainment series?

Tell us which topic has to be covered and how many modules you have in mind. We usually reply the same day.
